Joshua Morris - President

Joshua is a dedicated professional, entrepreneur, and family man residing in Hunt Valley, Maryland. A proud graduate of Hereford High School and Frostburg State University, Joshua has built a meaningful career at the intersection of public service and technology.

From 2013 to 2024, he served in the Maryland Judiciary as both a Clerk and a Business Systems Analyst. During his tenure, he played a key role in improving court operations through thoughtful systems analysis and a commitment to public service excellence.

In July 2025, Joshua founded Ringold Valley Trading Company, an e-commerce business inspired by craftsmanship, quality, and unique home and lifestyle products. As founder, he brings his experience in systems thinking and project management into the world of small business and digital commerce.

Joshua is a devoted husband to Nicole Arnold Morris and a proud father to four children: Lilly, Grace, Brady, and Noah. He is an active steward of Christian beliefs and values, striving to live out his faith through integrity, compassion, and service in every aspect of his life.

In his free time, Joshua enjoys cheering on the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles, and is an avid chess player who appreciates the strategy and discipline the game demands.

Whether in business, faith, or family, Joshua leads with purpose, humility, and conviction.

Fareed Chishty - Senior Advisor

Mr. Chishty is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership and operational management experience. He currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Parkinson Construction Company, where he is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, large-scale project execution, and organizational development.

Mr. Chishty is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, business, and strategic management that continues to guide his professional success.

Mr. Chishty brings both regional insight and global perspective to his advisory role. His professional acumen and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Company’s governance and strategic planning process.

Outside of his professional commitments, Mr. Chishty enjoys spending time with his wife, Mrs. Saddaf Chishty, their dog Hachi, and is an avid chess player.

Paul Forrester – Advisor

Mr. Forrester is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in business development, operations, and community leadership. With extensive experience spanning the fields of logistics, small business management, and strategic partnerships, he offers a practical and forward-thinking approach to organizational growth and sustainability.

Mr. Forrester has been instrumental in advising emerging enterprises on operational efficiency, vendor relations, and customer experience optimization. His ability to bridge strategic vision with execution makes him a valuable voice in the Company’s advisory process.

A Maryland native and lifelong advocate of entrepreneurial development, Mr. Forrester brings a grounded and relational perspective to his advisory role. His commitment to integrity, faith, and family closely aligns with the Company’s mission and culture.
